A few people have asked me why I'm not as vocal about women's issues as I was 12–13 years ago.
The honest answer is that life happened.
Life Happened
Marriage, responsibilities, a full-time corporate career, household work, and trying to meet everyone's expectations slowly pushed my own voice into the background. Like many women, I spent years taking care of everything around me while quietly setting aside my own dreams.
There were moments when I questioned myself. Despite knowing my work, I often lacked the confidence to speak up in rooms where I knew I belonged. I wasn't less capable — I had simply become exhausted.
What Never Changed
But one thing never changed: my purpose.
For more than a decade, I've wanted to contribute to a world where women feel safe, respected, confident, and financially independent. I believe every woman deserves the opportunity to learn, build, earn, and make her own choices.
Starting Again
Today, I'm choosing to start again.
I'm building in public — not because I have all the answers, but because I want to learn openly, share my journey honestly, and hopefully encourage other women to start their own.
This blog will document everything: my career in technology, learning AI, building projects, overcoming self-doubt, and exploring ways to create meaningful impact for women.
I don't yet know the perfect path. It might be through mentoring, volunteering, creating educational content, building AI tools, supporting nonprofits, or starting community initiatives. I don't have every answer today, and that's okay.
This Is My Commitment
To keep learning, keep building, and use whatever knowledge I gain to create opportunities for other women.
I'm finding my voice again.
And this is just the beginning.
